How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend entirely on three things:
- How much stuff you’re buying
- Where you’re shipping it
- How you decide to ship it
To find out exactly what your shipping costs are, add the items you’re looking to buy and proceed to checkout.

Where do you ship?
We ship to both the United States and Canada as well as most other countries in the world. If you live in Nigeria we likely won't be shipping you any products.

How can I track my order?
If you chose a shipping method with package tracking, you can track the whereabouts of your package by going to your account. If you have an order coming your way without package tracking, you can also track the status of your order in your account section.

How is my order packaged?
Our handy team of packing specialists ensure that your hoodies are packed nice and snug in a comfortable cardboard coffin that will take whatever required beating it must endure in order to make its way to you. Occassionally this box is stuffed with some other goodies like free stickers, and promotional coupons.
BILLING/PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and Paypal as forms of payment at this time. Every payment method is secured using sophisticated 128-bit encryption technology. For security reasons we do not store any of your credit card information on our servers, so they can NEVER be compromised.

Why has my credit card been charged, but my order not yet shipped?
Our process for charging your credit card begins with pre-authorization. This means that your bank sets aside the requested funds for the transaction related to your order and some banks show this as a charge as if though your card has already been charged. This however does not mean your card has already been charged. Upon completion and shipping of your order, 604Republic.com completes the transaction at which time your card is charged.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?
The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be: 604Republic Apparel Inc.

I've made a payment using Paypal but my order status says “Awaiting Payment”, what gives?
If you've made payment using Paypal's eCheck or Bank transfer option, this adds a few days delay for your payment to clear. Depending on your bank as well as your country, it may take anywhere from 2 to 10 days for your payment to clear. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email notification from us.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?
Our guarantee to you is that if you are not satisfied with any of the products that you receive from 604Republic.com you may return them to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, MINUS the original shipping charge. The following exceptions apply:
We will not accept items under any of the following conditions:- Item(s) are returned after the 45-day guarantee period.
- Item(s) show any obvious signs of wear or damage as determined by 604Republic.com staff
- Any item that has been put through the wash (we can tell!)

Why do you keep the shipping charge when you send back the refund?
We think it's only fair that since we spent the time and money to ship out an order your way, that you understand in order to stay true to our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we have to keep the money we spent shipping these products out to you, especially if you're doing an exchange which is free of charge.

You sent me the wrong size, wrong product, what do I do now?
Wooops. our sincerest apologies. We're awesome but not perfect so these things do happen sometimes. Here's what you gotta do next : 1) Email us at orders@604republic.com and let us know you are returning your order, and make sure to include your order # and reason for returning it. 2) Pack up your box (we prefer you return it in its original packaging) and send it back to us at the following address:

ORDERING QUESTIONS

How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if we have not yet shipped it. That said, if you want to cancel an order you've placed, go to YOUR ACCOUNT section to view your order history from where you'll be able to cancel your order.

Can I order items currently out of stock?
Nope. At this time we don't allow ordering of items currently not in stock. We do have a very handy tool on every single product page that allows you to enter your email address to be notified when that product comes back in stock in the size you are looking for.
- Can I order by email?
Yup. Just drop us an email to: orders@604republic.com with your complete order and then we'll start asking you for all the required info to complete your order.

Will I be charged taxes?
That depends on what your billing address is. Here's the breakdown:
- Your billing address is in the United States: NO TAXES
- Your billing address is in any other country: NO TAXES
- Your billing address is in Canada, you will be charged GST or HST

Will I be charged customs or duties fees?
If you live outside of Canada there is a small chance that you will have to pay some duty or customs fees on your order from 604Republic.com. We have no control over these fees as they are governed entirely by the country you live in and vary depending on the type and amount of product you have purchased. If you have any concerns, please check with your country's customs laws.
It has been our experience that most of our customers in the United States have not been charged any customs duties, fees or taxes on order under $200 in value by U.S. customs.
- Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Nope, not at this time. We do think there is probably some cool wrapping paper you can find somewhere to wrap our sweet products in!
- What currency are your products listed in?
All of our products are listed and sold in U.S. (USD) dollars. Yes, we are a Canadian company, but U.S. dollars still reign supreme in the world of e-commerce, and the majority of our customers are American.
- What does “Awaiting Processing” order status mean?
If your order status is currently “Awaiting Processing” that means that we've received your order but have not processed it yet in our system.
- What does “Awaiting Payment” orders status mean?
If your order status is currently “Awaiting Payment” that means that we've received your order but have not received your payment yet, most likely because you have paid using Paypal's eCheck or Bank Transfer.
- What does “Being Processed” orders status mean?
If your order status is currently “Being Processed” that means that we've received your order and are in the midst of packing it and geting it ready for shipment.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
- What brand of hoodies does 604Republic use?
We use a super secret brand of hoodies that you've probably never heard of because they're local to Vancouver. Here's what we can tell you about them:
- They are thick, durable, solid, and specifically designed to feel both comfortable and snug.
- Our hoodies are 80% cotton and 20% polyester, and our completely double-lined for that perfect heavy thickness.
- 330 gram 3 end fleece double-dyed to reduce fading and shrinking
- Double lined hood with cords and covered zipper.
- Where can I find detailed SIZING information?
We've gone to great lengths to ensure that you pick the right size when buying your hoodies from us. That's why we've got this very handy sizing chart that should help guide you in your purchasing decisions.
- I have an idea/design for a product will you make it?
We're always on the lookout for great artists to help contribute to our product line. We have a variety of partner and commission programs available to artists we feel would be a good fit to improve our exisiting line-up of designs. - What's the deal with shrinking hoodies after I've washed them?
Although our hoodies are of high quality, designed through double-dying and preshrinking they are still likely to shrink another 5-7% after the first wash.
- I want one of your products in a color / size you don't have on the website, help!
Unfortunately for the time being, what you see is what you get. As a result of years of experience in the apparel industry we've chosen the size range and specific colors for each product to fit almost all situations. If we don't have a smaller or larger size than what you're looking for, at this time we do not fulfill any custom size or color requests.
PROMOTIONS
- How do I use your promo codes?
When you get to the checkout page, there is an order summary section on the left of the page. At the bottom of that section there is a promo code box which allows you to enter your promo code and apply it to your order.
- Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Nope, you can only use one promo code at any given time.
- Where do I find 604Republic promo codes?
Excellent question young Jedi! The best way to get our promo codes is to sign up for our monthly newsletter as well as make sure you are subscribed to receive promo emails from us. Check all of your email subscriptions in YOUR ACCOUNT.
